 Writing Homework : Hobbies and Free Time


Instructions:

Write a short text (50-80 words) about your hobbies and how you spend your free time. Answer the following questions to help you:

  1. What are your favorite hobbies?
  2. How often do you do them?
  3. Do you do them alone or with friends/family?
  4. Why do you enjoy these activities?
  5. What would you like to try in the future?

Example:

In my free time, I like to read books and play football. I read every evening before bed, and I play football with my friends on weekends. I enjoy reading because it is relaxing, and football is fun and keeps me healthy. In the future, I want to try painting because it looks interesting and creative.

  • Use simple sentences.
  • Check your spelling and grammar.
  • Write in your own words.
